As a future builder, Richard envisions PnP as more than a philosophy—it is a place. A self-sustaining institution rooted in compassion, growing food, protecting the vulnerable, restoring balance, and giving voice to those who have been silenced by complexity or despair. Through truth-seeking, creative thinking, and relentless empathy, Richard continues to build what so many need but haven’t found yet: a grounded, sacred space for clarity.
Richard Mannarino is the founder of Premise & Promise—a system born not from theory, but from survival.
After decades of searching, struggling, and stumbling through systems that often reward silence over sincerity, Richard realized that most people aren't rejecting truth—they’re overwhelmed by misinformation, spiritual detachment, and a world that rarely offers room for honest inquiry. As someone who once masked his differences to survive in environments that misunderstood his unique cognitive wiring, Richard now embraces those very traits as his greatest strength: a deep, almost visceral ability to ask questions others avoid—and to see patterns most people miss. Premise and Promise Ministries is accredited by the Higher Learning Commission, ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards of quality and rigor.
Premise & Promise was not designed to preach, but to clarify.
It’s a fusion of spiritual yearning and scientific structure—a toolkit for anyone who wants to stop guessing, start questioning, and build their beliefs on something solid. Richard’s journey through personal trauma, late-discovered neurodivergence, and spiritual awakening shaped this open-source system. One that holds truth in tension with compassion. One that refuses to label, dominate, or divide—but instead empowers individuals to evaluate the world clearly, ethically, and collaboratively. We believe in the importance of diversity and inclusion, and our student body reflects that commitment. Our students come from a variety of backgrounds and cultures, creating a vibrant and dynamic community.
With roots in music, systems thinking, and an intuitive grasp of natural harmony, Richard has developed PnP as both a framework and a sanctuary.
It is designed for those who feel caught between logic and intuition, between religion and science, between inherited belief and lived experience. PnP does not claim to have all the answers—but it does offer the tools to find better questions, together.
